Good evening Doctor Bland/Emma

I'm experiencing numbness tingling etc again in my right hand.

I'm planning next summer to get it operated on regardless of severity as just when I think it's OK it comes back.

Quite in advance but I'm a little stuck with work and don't have a day off until 23rd December, if the clinic is running then would it be possible to have an appointment? I'll be off work then for two qeeks to rest it. If not I will work something out whenever you can fit me in.

I'll do a new severity score now.
