Appointment request

Hi Emma I did try sending you an email, but it couldn't be delivered. Please can you tell me what I need to do in order to get an appointment? My symptoms have well and truly returned since my last injection, which I believe was last December. My right hand is not only waking me several times a night, but the pain from the pins and needles seems much more intense and takes a long time to go away. I am also getting symptoms more throughout the day. I was wondering if the operation may be a better option now as the injections are only lasting around 5-6 months.
