Unable to email the pdf said to post in the forum...this doesn't seem like a good process.

I've just filled out the CTS self diagnose form following instructions based on a referral after a meeting with my GP. The number is 239621 and the instructions say to email this to you.

I'm mildly confused as my GP is has referred me for a Nerve Conduction study for possible cubital tunnel syndrome not carpal tunnel syndrome but I presume its all part of the same thing and the website and instructions are not clear. But I've given it a go, what is the timeline for the nerve conduction study?

I tried to email per the inscructions "Now that you have completed the questionnaire please send an email to Jeremy [dot] Bland [at] nhs [dot] net quoting this number: 239621. If you do not get a reply within a week please send it again. " However this bounced back with MailerDaemon so I'm trying this. as this is what the instructions say on the pdf I was sent with my referal. You should really update this all to make it fit for purpose.
