CTS Trial - Therapeutic Ultrasound

During my appointment on 11th November you offered me the option of participating on the latest CTS Trial @ Canterbury. Having had some time to think about it and as my symptoms at present are mild I would like to go on the trial. Look forward to hearing from you shortly.
I'll get the chap running the trial to comtact you directly. Thankyou for volunteering.
