Re assessment

I have not been to your clinic for nearly 2 years. My fingers have become painful in the joints and I get a lot of tingling and numbness in my fingers, particularly right hand, I am not sure if this is CTS or nerve entrapment in my neck which is causing these symptoms. I have retaken the assessment on line

The tingling fingers are probably more likely to be CTS given the previous history but the joint pain may well be different. As we haven't seen you for some time the simplest thing to do is to repeat you nerve conduction studies and have a talk about it when we see you. We'll send out an appointment - let me know if there's any particular time you want me to avoid (by email if you don't want to publicise your schedule) JB
