Numbness in Right Hand

Hi, have been religously wearing my my brace each night as directed and it has helped tremendously, I have had no more pain. However, in the last couple of weeks I have become increasingly aware of numbness in my hand, particularly in the tips of my fingers. It is there all the time. Do I need to progress my treatment?
As that's a bit of a mixture of some symptoms worse and some better I think it might be a good idea to test again and see if there is any objective change one way or the other so I'll send out an appointment. I'll also move this into the Canterbury patients forum in a day or two. JB
