Completed new CTS Survey

Hello Dr Bland,
12 months after the 4th injection I can happily report that the tingling has NOT yet returned. My history indicates the remission usually lasts for about 18 months, but all is well at present.
I have just completed another survey test as requested by email.

Thanks for the update. It's really useful to hear from some of the people who are in remission sometimes. Acts as a counterbalance to all of the relapsing patients! JB
