That's not a bad response for a grade 5 CTS. How painful was the injection? (on a scale from 0 - not at all to 10 - the worst pain you can imagine). As the injection date was 14th December I will schedule a re-test for about the end of January to check just how much of a physiological change there has been as I remain somewhat uneasy about injecting the grade 5 cases, especially in younger patients.
