Carpal tunnel and Thumb joint replacement surgery

I had surgery 50 days ago, for carpal tunnel and thumb joint replacement, I'm still unable to use my hand, and it's my dominant right hand, my left hand needs both surgeries too. I'm also a diabetic. There is no way I can go through this again. Do you have any information that might help me ? I'm at my wit's end.

We'll need a much more detailed story of what it was like before, what your nerve conduction studies looked like, and what the precise problems are with it now I'm afraid. There are all sorts of things which might account for being unable to use it at this point. JB
