Hi I have had 5 or 6 injections now and I have always said that if I can manage without surgery then I would. I am now at a point when I do not think that I can cope with my wrist anymore. I have constant pain in the wrist with the constriction causing painful numbness in my fingers that is affecting my work. The pain and constant aching is keeping me awake at night.
I would like to know how I proceed now to get the operation to release my wrist from the muscle that is causing the Carpal tunnel. Do I have to go to my GP or do I make an appointment with Jeremy and go from there. Thank you in advance
Kim

You don't have an identifying number in your account on the website so it's hard for me to be certain who you are - your name in the account is not distinctive enough to rely on as an identifier. If you are my patient already we can just see you again and deal with it but if someone else has been injecting the wrist that may be more complicated. If you email me some more ID (Address, date of birth etc) then I'll look into it. (better done by email to jeremy [dot] bland [at] nhs [dot] net rather than in public here) JB
