Problems returned
I had my last injection for cts in my right hand on April 20th at my GP surgery but the symptoms have again returned. I saw a consultant on 22 May but due to the injection, the results of the test were improved. She advised I should contact your service as soon as my symptoms returned in order for more intervention. I am going on holiday on 12 November and hope it will be possible to have a further injection prior to that date. Please contact me as soon as possible. I will also leave a message on your ansaphone. Many thanks for your reply which I have unfortunately only just seen being under the misapprehension that I would receive an email to let me know you had replied! Silly me! I have arranged for an appointment with my GP for 30 Oct to have an injection, unless you are able to see me sooner. Apologies for non-attendance on Tuesday 15 Oct. Wendy Bartlett

I think you could probably drop in during the afternoon of Tuesday 15th October. Your May nerve conduction results are just about still in date so we could just inject to try and get you through your holiday but next time it relapses we should really test again to see where we have got to. JB
