Hi. A few weeks ago I started getting stiffness and limited movement in my left wrist, over the last few days it has become unbearable. I am unable to lift anything and have pain from my forearm to the end of my thumb. I'm probably due another injection. Are you able to help or shall I ask at my local surgery? Many thanks.

Thanks for the new severity score. It does look as though the left hand is a bit of a problem. I'll get you in as soon as I can but capacity is a bit limited at present. JB
