OK, the next problem is that you have an earlier website account under the user-ID "VP". I really need to get you logged into that one and a new severity score recorded in that account - as that one carries your Canterbury ID which links all the data together. If you have forgotten the password for VP I can reset that for you (the password reset link on the login page seems to be broken at present) JB

Ok, please reset password for VP and do I need to redo the whole questionnaire?

I've sent you a new password by email. No you don't have to do the whole thing. Once logged in to VP go to 'My CTS' then 'My CTS record" then 'Take a new severity score test'. It only does the last bit again. JB

We are doing CTS appointments by email or phone at present. I'll update the patient infomration page if and when that changes. JB
