Good morning Dr Bland
I last visited you in Nov 2018 where I was given the steroid injection to help my CT. As always it helped for some time however, the past 6 to 8 weeks I have had intermittent issues where the splints have been helpful to some point and reduced the issues slightly. Now over the past 2 weeks that pain and discomfort has increased keeping me awake at night and being unable to use my hands to full capacity for around a few hours in the morning. This is obviously affecting my ability to perform basic functions and now back to work it is uncomfortable for some time. Hopefully it will be possible for you to resolve this for me in due course. Thank you for your time.

That is all done and thank you for getting back to me. Look forward to hearing from you in due course. I currently do not work on Mondays and Wednesday and finish at 1pm on Tuesdays so if there is availablity at some point for those times that would be great. Thank you.

My only day off now is a Wednesday so if an appointment becomes available for that day it would be easier for me, if not I will attempt to get myself covered at work, as it's important I see you due to the pain I'm in. I've put a note on the appointment record asking for a Wednesday if possible but appointments are in very short supply at present so I'm not sure whether it will be feasible or not. JB
Could you add a new severity score to the website for me please and I'll get you added to the list to be seen. I stillhave something of a backlog at present from COVID but it is going down a little. JB
