Pain recurring 10 months after injections

Hi can anyone advise if after having successful cortisone injections into both wrists 10 months ago I can have more? If so how do I go about sorting it. Pain has returned with tingling numbness at night and sticking fingers. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like we injected both sides in November 2019. We should test you again and I will add you to the list but in the meantime could you add a new severity score to the website please. CLick "My CTS" - "My CTS record" - "Take a new severity score test". JB
