I have completed the questionnaire as advised by my doctor Quest ID 222216. A scan was performed at my Dr surgery and it was detected that there is compression on both wrist, I have suffered with this syndrome for years and think I have attended clinics in the past.
I think I do know you, but from a long time ago, last seen in 2013. If you email me your address and date of birth I'll be able to check that that patient was really you and we'll get you seen again. I'll also move this to the Canterbury patients forum later. JB
