Hand pain after CPT operation

Hi I had CPT operation in 2018, all went well ,but over the last few months I have developed a slight stiffness and discomfort when making a fist. Also have pain in my wedding ring finger, which in certain actions eg when lifting in certain ways send a twanging feeling through my hand and forearm. Any ideas?
My guess is that it was the right side which was operated? In that hand you could be developing something like a trigger digit perhaps. One would need to see it. If the 'twanging' is in the left hand then it may be that the CTS on that side is getting worse - it was grade 3 in 2018. JB
