had my surgery on friday, took bandage off to day but dressing is stuck to wound and looks bit blooded. should i try to remove it/ or any advice please

Hi, if the dressing is not wet or falling off I would leave it in place for another week. If you are concerned gently ease it off in the shower let it air dry and then apply another dressing. An over the counter sticky plaster would suffice just something to keep it covered.
