follow up from treatment in February

I had a injection in my right hand in February and I am pleased to say that it i felt the benefits straight away . The following morning it was nice not to get woken up by pain ,tingling and the numbness .However these past couple of weeks I have been getting some sharp pains in my hand ,just at random times
You are a carpal tunnel expert by now, having had one hand operated and the other injected. It's not altogether clear whether this episode of symptoms is still the CTS or another problem though. How much of a nuisance is it at present? JB
