Would I be able to get an appointment please to review my carpal tunnel. The pain is travelling to my elbows and I am getting pain and pins and needles in my while forearm.

Wednesday 16th at 10:00, Monday 21st - between 10:00 and 15:30 at present. Not sure how long those spaces will be available. JB

We seem to have settled on 21st June at 10:30. I don't normally send paper letters out when we've agreed a date and time by email/web - saves trees and postage. JB
If you are up for an early morning appointment I can fit you in at 8:30 on the 10th June? JB
