I filled out questionnaire and had an 83%chance of cts but I've had no response back?

Looks like ee are seeing you on 13th October. I'll move this to the Canterbury patients forum. There is currentlya ug with the website button at the end of the questionnaire which is supposed to email me - sorry! JB
