Pain is back

Good evening
i Last came in for a appointment on the 25th February 2021 and had injections which have lasted up until now but pain has come back and waking me up in the night.
would it be possible to have a appointment please.
Could you add a new severity score to the site please - there is now a button for this on the home page when you are logged in - and let me know and then we should be able to see you again fairly quickly. JB
