CTS symptoms return

My first cortizone injection was in Nov 09 and my CTS symptoms returned in April 2011. My second injection was in June 2011 and my symptoms have again returned in the last couple of months. I have numbness and tingling in my right thumb, index and middle finger, which mainly comes on at night or when I am driving.
I guess we should probably test that again before deciding what to do with it as it has been about 8 months since I last saw you. I will send out an appointment. JB
