Worsening symptoms

Have had a recent worsening of my symptoms, can only drive for short distance before having to shake my hand to relieve tingling /numbness, also starting to find writing causes similar symptoms, can I now be considered for surgery?
It's about 6 months since we saw you so we should check how bad the CTS has got. Your website records have got a it complicated because you originally completed an anonymous questionnaire and now you have created an account so your old questionnaire data is not linked to this account. After the clinic today I'll try to work out a way of getting it all joined together and then we can set about arranging a new appointment. JB
