request for repeat carpal tunnel injection

NHS No 4460672340 I was wondering if I can have a repeat injection as my left hand is now giving me a lot of discomfort and waking me up at night time, I have done the self assessment test result and the results 81% and severity score is 3.1. I last had an injection on 13/5/2011 at Charing surgery,
I have not seen you for about 15 months so we should check what state the nerves are in before re-injecting. I will try to arrange an appointment fairly soon. JB (Appointment sent out today - 6.8.12)
