Waiting for referral

Hi, I have filled in the questionnaire and forwarded via this website email last week. I was wondering how long does it take to hear from anyone about appointments or referrals? There was no email to confirm whether it went through or not.

I've now replied by email - let me know if that doesn't get through. JB
I usually reply within a few days if i've received a notification but I've been away at a conference for thenlast week, just returning now. Will catch up when I get back into the UK. JB
