I also have filled in the Questionnaire and clicked the send Email, it said it said it had gone but I cant find it in my Sent folder. does this sound right please.
The emails get sent direct from the website, not via your own email - but they aren't getting through to me at present so you need to notify me separately I'm afraid. Best to send an email to Jeremy [dot] Bland [at] nhs [dot] net with the reference number of the questionnaire as that gets us into direct email contact. JB
