Three years after surgery

The first two years were great, hands like new.
This year (third) right hand is worse than before surgery Left is close behind.
Is anyone else having or had this happen? Surgery again?
I presume that is after surgery. True recurrences of the same problem are rare but do occur. Mostly I seem to see them 10 years or more after the original operation so two years is quite early. Cases like this are often difficult to assess and require the attention of someone who is interested in CTS specifically such as a hand surgeon, aided by every bit of lab support you can get in my opinion.
