Flare up

Hi, I last came to the clinic in November 2021 and have had no recurring problems till about 6weeks ago. Mainly pain in both wrists and thumb joints, although occasional sharp pain in my middle finger left hand, but this has now increased to struggling to use cutlery, holding a pen and dressing. I have been using splints at night for last 2 weeks as had started to get some mild pins and needles but it has helped a little with the pain waking me up. Think I may need to come and see you again. I am back taking anti inflammatories as I have problems with hip and knee but they don’t seem to have much effect on the hands. Thank you
