CTS following splint treatment

I have worn splints each night on both hands as directed and have not experienced any relief......please advise further.

In that case we should probably try the right hand with local steroid injection. Nick can probably do this for you on Thursday morning if you can get in to the Canterbury clinic? JB

Is the injection the only way forward? If so, what time are they performed?

It's probably a much better bet than operating on it in your particular circumstances. Can usually be done between 9:00am and 12:00 noon, Thursdays. JB
