Carpal Tunnel slowly coming back.

Hello there, I had my injections done in both hands on the 13th December 2023 and my carpal tunnel disappeared overnight. However, I'm now starting to have symptoms again, especially when holding cutlery. Any advice as to what the next step is? Thank you in advance!

I have done the new severity form. My hands go numb when gripping a pen or when driving again. The injections were nice while it lasted though! Thanks for getting back to me.
