Pain, numbness and tingling coming back in left hand

Hey I have updated my severity score already. I'm having pain, tingling and numbness again in my left hand and mild ache in my right. I had the surgery in both a couple years back. I've been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen but nothings stopping the pain.
That's an odd case altogether. I've sent you a new appointment with me in the post. Could you email me your GP details please. JB
