Injection request

Evening, in the past I have emailed my consultant directly for appt so I hope this finds you? No treatment since February, attend hand therapy on Dr Blands advice, confirmed De Quervain's Syndrome bilaterally also. Physio course completed and splints made. The CTS symptoms in both hands/wrists, right more problematic. Can I book for a round of injections?
