Post surgery 24hrs

Hi I had surgery yesterday on my left hand, this hand more painful than the last one but tonight I feel unwell, very achey all over and my head feels like it is going to explode, do you know what this could be?

If it is more painful then it might just be a reaction to that, or it may be a purely coincidental viral infection. Use some simple analgesia, keep the hand elevated where possible, and keep an eye on your temperature. JB
