Post-Operation

Hello.
I had a carpal tunnel operation 10 weeks ago. My hand has got better and I have feeling back in my fingers etc although they can be a bit tingly at times.
The problem I am having is I seem to have a hardish lump on the bottom of my palm. I am not sure if this is normal? Or if it will go away. It is still quite sensitive and sore.

Thank you.

Samantha.

6'ish week injection update

Thankfully again much improved overall, no problems at night, middle finger and inside index and ring fingers permanently numb, tingly and sometimes painful at tips but manageable

Added a new severity score

I was told by my doctor to re refer myself to be tested for carpal tunnel syndrome as I’m having issues with my right hand. For the past four weeks my little finger tip goes numb overnight and during the day. I’ve been wearing a wrist brace to see if it helps. So far there’s no difference and now I’m having issues with my index finger and my middle finger on my right hand.

Lower arm

Hi, just finnished filling the CTS questionaire and got a 67% score. I was given an I.D of 227016 but was wondering why there was no mention about pain in the arms, as I get so much sevre pain in my left arm that radiates down into my hand that it feels like my limb if on fire, this mainly happens during the night and can continue for some time. The other sensation I have experienced, is that of a electric shock in my left wrist, comes and go's as quick as it starts.
Regards Ronald Spice.
