New assessment completed as per dr referral

Good morning, I was asked to complete the severity questionnaire at the request of my dr as experiencing new severe pain on my right wrist and thumb joint.

Please advise what I need to do next

My CTS

I have been told by my GP to fill out the questionnaire and answer questions on my CTS. I have had a rapid change in the numbness and grip for the worse in my left hand. Please reply with what I need to do now

Good Morning Dr Bland,

Over the past couple of months I have started to experience issues in my right hand. It is mainly numbness of the fingers and thumb with the exception of my pinky finger.

Can an appointment be made to look at getting another injection. I believe it has been over a year since my last injection.

A follow up needed.

Hi there Dr Bland.

I came to see you back in Jan of this year and you gave me the injection in both wrists. I have been pain free in both hands since then.
However, over the past few weeks the severe tingling and pain is back in my right hand in the mornings.

Can I please have an appointment to see you as it is affecting my work?
