Carpal tunnel test

I have today completed the form

Skin bleaching

Had steroid injections in both wrists back in March this year however I have, in the last few weeks noticed circles of skin bleaching. Would this be due to browning in the sun or a delayed effect of the steroids?

As an update, generally my CPS is much better with only a couple of uncomfortable days every few weeks, however I do still need to wear splints most nights to avoid night-time numbness.

Post operation

Thank you Dr Bland for getting my second op done so quickly (surgery on Saturday). Certainly a much better result. Once I start using my hand again fully, I am hoping that the numbness in my fingers, thumb and hand will gradually disappear.
