Post surgery problems

Good morning Dr. Bland. I am hoping you can help me. I had carpal tunnel surgery on 11/03/2021 but have had no improvement and am still having to get up during the night with pain and I think the numbness and weakness particularly in my thumb is worse. Can you have the injections after surgery? they certainly gave me relief. Ann

Appointment chasing

I completed the questionnaire some time ago and I would have usually received an appointment by now. I’m really struggling as I care for my husband who is at end of life. Are appointments suspended at the moment due to COVID?

Hi, had my right wrist operated on in February and waiting for left. Upon diagnosis and agreement to operate on both left first the right wrist had a steroid injection. On the day of surgery I changed and had right wrist operated on as it was worse at the time.
Can you let me know how I can have either a steroid injection or left surgery as I was told it would be about 6 weeks after the first.
Updated questionnaire too.
Thankyou.

Injections

Hello Dr Bland - I have just updated my survey information. Having had further injections last year, which resulted in a 100% improvement within 24 hours, my symptoms returned a few months ago. Could I come in for injections please in both wrists?

CTS diagnosed last year & steroid injection administered, in right wrist on 18/03/20.
Injection worked brilliantly & all symptoms disappeared until March this year.
They are now back, in same arm / hand, particularly at night, with a vengeance :(
