Worsening symptoms

Due to worsening symptoms, I completed another assessment on 14 November as instructed by the hospital. Unfortunately I wasn't informed that I needed to email you. Therefore am now doing so. If you need anything further, let me know.

New patient

Good Afternoon, I have completed the questionnaire and sent an email but not had a response, Both hands are constantly numb, I get woken up every night in pain and trying to look after a newborn baby... starting to really struggle.

Right hand return of symptoms.

Dear Dr Bland,
I have been under your care for many years and I thankyou for your prompt treatment on each occasion I’ve been in pain.
I had an injection in my right wrist during this summer and this stopped the pain I was in during the nights sleep , I have had numb and tingling fingers throughout but I can live with this.

Update re injection on 16th October

Initially the injection reduced my symptoms, tho I still had some numbness in ring finger and little finger. However numbness is now returning to my other fingers. While the numbness isn't as painful as before it's beginning to affect what i can and can't do again - especially small/ fine motor skills and strength. This is having an impact on my working life. Please is there anything i can do? I have been told the problem with my ring and little fingers could be due to something else, possibley elbow? Who would i see to sort this out too please?

Enter page title Questionnaire No. 222610

I have just completed the assessment questionnaire for CTS symptoms and severity. This was suggested by my G.P. Unfortunately I am not sure what happens next. Can you please advise?

Thank you

Charles Lambeth

Completed Questionnaire

Good evening, Dr Bland.
I received a letter from my doctors surgery, asking me to complete a questionnaire for you. I have been a previous patient with the clinic, but had to re-register, as I could not see how to complete the survey again on my previous log in.
My questionnaire ID number 222580, if this helps you locate my details.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
