Reoccurring Pain & Numbness

Dear Dr Bland, After having two steroid injections, which work brilliantly, my last being in Sept 2022, pain and numbness have come back with a vengeance in the past three weeks, could I please be considered for another injection. Hi Dr Bland,

I had a steroid injection 9 months ago which really helped the severity of my symptoms.
Unfortunately the symptoms are now back and I am finding work difficult as a result.
I have updated my severity score and wondered what the next course of action is?

I’ve just updated my severity score as requested by my Gp as I now have pins and needles, tingling in my hand. I have had surgery on my elbow and a capsular release. So maybe there is a trapped nerve.

Severe itching from dressing, following carpal Tunnel surgery

Good evening, I had surgery today and I have severe itching/soreness in wrist. It was so bad I had to take the velband off. I have covered in sterile gauze and rewrapped with 2 crepe. My skin was quite red, I am concerned I may be allergic to the dressing but don't want to interfere with the dressing again. I have taken antihistamines but still very itchy. Please could you advise on the best course of action. Thankyou.

New consultation request and injection

Dear Dr Bland,

Some of the symptoms have returned to my left hand especially numbness in the thumb and fingers when washing hair, showering, driving. Need to hang my arm to get back feeling into the hand to do things..
The injections usually sort this out for 10 months max so was wondering if I could have another one in my left wrist.

Wrist splints

Hi, is it possible to have more wrist splints please?
The current ones I have are the largest size you do and are getting a little bit tatty.
