Thank you

I just wanted to say Thank You very much to you and your team. I had put up with symptoms for 18 months before learning of your service and being seen within 2 weeks and treated (steriod injection and wrist support/splint)! That in itself is amazing. I have had the odd day when a few symptoms have returned - but I would say 98% free now. I do need to wear the wrist support every night. But I am so grateful. Thank you.

Returned Symptoms

Morning Mr.Bland
I had a steroid inject back in December and they normally last around 12 mo this but I’m already having symptoms returning.
Would it be possible to come in and have an assessment and hopefully another a steroid injection?
Thanks Lou

Pain returns

Hi I’m now in need of another injection please as after a year my pain has returned again ,

Steroid Injection Required

Hi. I had my last injection over a year ago, and my right hand / fingers are starting to go numb again especially when using my computer or driving my car. I believe i would require another steroid injection.

Should I cancel my appointment?

I have an appointment at Canterbury hospital to check the severity of my carpal tunnel. It's my right hand that's particularly bothersome. Unfortunately, I fell and broke a metacarpal in my left hand on the 12th April. Should I re arrange my appointment which is booked for Tuesday 25th April?

Pain has returned

Good afternoon, I think I last came to you in 2019 or 2020 and had an injection in my left hand if I remember correctly.
Everything was fine, then shortly after I had my son in December 2021 the pain has returned and been gradually getting worse.
To the point now it is so painful.
I've been using the splits at night, and sometimes in the day when they are bad.
It's mainly my left hand this is the worse out of the two, right still painful too.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you
Frankie

Appointment request

Good morning Sadly my symptoms have returned with vengeance. Is it possible to get an appointment please? Thank you Sonja

Symptoms have returned

I had my last steroid injection July 2022 but symptoms have returned and are almost constant in my right hand. I’ve just done an updated severity test and would like to try another injection if possible.Thank you

Appointment

Dear Dr Bland

I have recently been experiencing numbness/pain in my left hand and arm. I have completed a new severity assessment today. How do I arrange an appointment for a consultation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Tony Williams

Bad flare up

Morning,

I had a steroid injection over 8 months ago but unfortunately the swelling/ pins and needles/ numbness etc has come back. I have left if for as long as I could but it’s starting to interfere with my work. If I could possibly schedule another injection that would be great.

Thanks Zoey
