This is a strange one but wanted to share before my appointment Wednesday.

So......I have had a bad pain in the back of my left thigh for

Last saw you April 2022 & had steroid injections
Unfortunately I have severe pain in my left wrist for the last week it has got worse
and is causing discomfort & difficulty now, my right has just a mild ache

I am having a lot of pain again in my wrists and fingers, and was wondering how I could get another injection Done.

Struggling. Yes I have hnpp but is there anything else that can be done. I keep losing feelings in legs and feet and falling. I'm not under any neurologist, no neuro-physio or any pain clinics. Because my doctor was concerned about the falls she referred me for mri which has come back with slipped disc, bulging discs and tears in my discs but is there anything that can be done for my legs. Also hands and elbows so weak and painful

Hello Dr Bland, Unfortunately my carpal tunnel symptoms have returned and the pain wakes me up most mornings along with tingling in my right hand and particularly my middle finger going completely numb.

Hi,

I spoke to my doctor regarding symptoms I've been having for carpel tunnel, he asked me to come to your website and fill in the referral and questionnaire, which I have now done.

I also have filled in the Questionnaire and clicked the send Email, it said it said it had gone but I cant find it in my Sent folder. does this sound right please.

Hi,
I had steroid injections back in 2018/2019 ish.
I need to have another appt to check my hands/steroids again as I can barely crip, have numbness etc..
Can someone tell me how to contact dr bland please?
