New appointment

Hi - I have completed my severity assessment as my left hand has been giving me significant pain / discomfort over the last few weeks. Last year, I had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand. Unfortunately, I cannot recall how to get a new appointment / consultation. Please advise.
Thanks

sucsessful right hand surgery

Hi, I had the surgery on my right hand back in February and have had much improvement especially when sleeping and driving, However my left hand is still causing me problems especially whilst sleeping, Is there a chance i could be put forward for the surgery on this hand also?

Unsuccessful surgery

It is now a year since I had surgery on my left wrist, 08/08/2022 at Estuary view. Sadly, I still have the same symptoms as before the procedure, constant numbness in forefinger and thumb and intermittent tingling up the arm, which never went away, but once the pain following the surgery resolved, didn't get any worse. However, in the last few weeks, following some days of using vibrating tools at work, which I try to avoid but is occasionally necessary, I have started to have pain in the base of the thumb and am starting to get a mixture of pain and numbness in my right forefinger.

Soooo much pain - repost

Previous treatment on my right hand has been great although I still have some mild issues. However my left hand is now becoming worse. I have constant pain in both hands and wrists which may be due to arthritis I know, but would this also account for the numbness in my fingers on the left hand? It's getting quite difficult to perform every day tasks now and I wonder if both hands - but especially the left hand - would benefit from more steroid injections? And if this is the case, given the length of time since last seen by you, do I have to get my GP to re-refer me

New consult

I have compleated a new assessment but I believe I actually have Quervains tenosynovitis not Carpal tunnel
Do I need to go back to gp or can you help very painful

Request for testing.

Hi Dr Bland.
It has been a while now since I last visited you for treatment, it was in the lockdown period. I now live in Hornchurch, Essex and have been having treatments from my local GP. The CTS is still bad and I'm not sure if the Injections that I am receiving now seem to be helping as much as they used to. I would like some proper testing to find out if this is correct. Because I now live in Essex, is it a problem or can you could still treat me. If not is there a place you could refer me to in my area.
Many Thanks Kevin Jones.
