New pain onset

Good Morning,
I have completed the questionnaire.

My left hand is much worse.
my carpal tunnel has returned late June.
The first sign was being woken with my left hand pins needles and tingling.
Gradually getting worse with each day where it is happening during the day.
It seems to be traveling up my left arm with a dull ache.
it hurts to open anything, wash up, put dishes away and on occasions i get a pinch in the base of my two middle fingers of my left hand and on occasions my right hand.

Further to my last post I meant to say I am still on lots of medication for Heart Failure

Its back again sorry

Sorry to report its back with a bit of a vengeance mainly my right hand at night sometimes both hands. I have very few problems during the day just sometimes goes a bit numb if i'm not very active. But at night it wakes me up with my whole hand in pain. Usually my right hand is the worst. I think my last injections were December so its only been about 7 months. The only cure is to get up and get active.

Pins and needles again !

Having been pain and pins and needles free following my right hand surgery I am now experiencing severe pins and needles in my left hand. Please could I have an appointment to review this hand now. I believe the last steroid injection on this hand was many months ago. Thanks you

Returning numbness of fingers

Hi, unfortunately, I have returning numbness in my fingers but with a new ache in the wrist during the daytime.

Thumb/wrist pain after surgery

Following successful CTS surgery on R hand 2-3 months ago I have developed constant pain in side of R wrist. Pain has been present for 3 weeks and is not improving. Seems to be related to thumb tendon and am now getting aches further up the arm.

I just completed the questionnaire and hopefully I can have an appointment about my case as the pain in my hands are unbearable sometimes and affecting my daily routine.

Not heard anything in a while

Hello there, I think I had my last appointment in April and was told I would need surgery on both of my hands. I was also told there is a 6 week waiting list. Unfortunately, I've not heard anything since and it's been over 8 weeks. Has my referral gone through? I only ask because my carpal tunnel seems to be getting worse now and I would like some relief from it. Thank you in advance, Dan.

No response since 2022, now unbearable pain.

Hello, I first done the questionnaire in 2022, and was told I would get a response. Which has never came. I havent chased it up, as I didnt want to be a nuisance and take up anyones time, and was hopefully of hearing from you. I have been back to my GP today, who said that everything I was saying would lead them to believe I have CTS, but they arent able to help me as its self referral. My pain in my left hand when lifting anything is now so painful I can't really use it, which isn't great as I have just finished 4 years of training to be a gas engineer and plumber.
