Numbness still the same after surgery

Hello. I had endo CT’s release surgery on 1/21/2022 on my left hand. My major issue prior to surgery was the my index finger n thumb have been numb and tingling since September. I went to a very known surgeon and prior to surgery had everything checked from my neck down to eliminate any other possibility. After surgery my index n thumb feel the same. It’s only been a day but I feel no change. I asked dr immediately after surgery post op and he said it was the meds they numbed my hand up.

Bodily Discomfort

I have CTS in both hands and arms. Normally, I wake 4 to 5 times during the night, do some shaking and get back to sleep for an hour or so if I'm lucky.

Some nights, thanks to a combination of exhaustion and too many Tramadol, I might sleep for 3 or 4 hours solid. When I do, I wake up with arms stiff and all the usual CTS symptoms. However, it also seems to be affecting the rest of my body.

Pain years after carpal tunnel release

Hi everybody. I had a ctr surgery on my right hand four years ago. I still experience numbness, tingling, and pins and needles in my hand and wrist, albeit much less frequently than I did before surgery, but that I can deal with. I also go through periods where I will have excruciating burning pain, as well as- and this is the best I can really describe it- what feels like lightning bolts going through my hand and wrist, and I will experience this daily for weeks at a time. Does anyone have any suggestions about reducing the pain?

I have completed my questionnaire. Quite surprised at my low score considering the symptoms I’m getting. I think I have under rated the pain etc I’m getting.
I have the numbness, tingling, weakness, pain and I’m suffering daily and nightly.
With my low score will I still be seen by yourself?

Self Referral info please

Hello,
My surgery’s physio confirmed CTS, and it is in my family. I’m in extreme pain and being right handed really struggling. My GP sent me this link for self referral as splint, exercise and pain relief not helping but I can’t see any route to surgery. Please cam someone advise where I should be heading?
