Need to return to clinic

Hi

I had a test a few years ago and have been wearing splints since, but it’s getting worse, so think I need to come back to the clinic. How do I go about getting an an appointment?

Thanks
Andrea

Update of my CTS and a Question.

I have had CTS in both hands for many years and decided to have surgery on my left hand in Jan of 2018.
This turned out to be the best option for me.
I now have no pain in this hand or numbness and the condition in my right hand has improved on its own so much that I do not suffer any pain at night and only have tingling to it when holding a phone or cup to long. I can cope with this inconvenience at the moment and will continue to monitor it and inform you if it gets to bad.

CTS returned

I had an appointment at Canterbury at the end of last year, I had worn my splint for a few weeks and saw an improvement but other the last 4/6 weeks the splints aren’t helping, I am back to waking through the night with tingling and uncomfortableness and waking in morning with numb hands, my right hand is predominantly worse but it’s back in both.

Injection needed

Dear Dr Bland

Symptoms of tingling have returned to both hands especially left. Was wondering if you could schedule me for a new injection. Last was Oct 2017.

Many thanks
Imola

Injection

Severity Assessment

Dear Dr Bland
For your information I have completed what has become my annual severity assessment. I am pleased to say I am still only having minor numbness, due to my wrist position, when riding my bicycle. Otherwise I not having any problems. Thank you.

Review after 6 weeks of wearing a splint

I have tried the splint for about 6 weeks now.
It has helped to some degree, but not eliminated the symptoms and often causes rubbing and irritation by the morning.
After consideration, I would like to opt for the surgery with Chris James, please, if that is still an option?
