Exercises for CT?

I was diagnosed back in September last year, but had symptoms presenting years before that. I'm waiting for surgery but it's gonna be a long wait because public health system... I've been using a splint using anti inflam gel and trying to minimise bad actions for wrist where possible but unfortunately I do a lot of computer work that aggreviates it. I'm also waiting to see if I can get an ergonomic keyboard/mouse paid for rather than out of my own pocket. I got put on lyrica last week which I'm not sure is helping yet but would like to do some exercises that could help it.

Artist becoming desperate

Hello, I'll try to keep the relevant information of this post concise.

How urgent is it?

Hi everyone,
Over the last year, I've had intermittent pain around my wrist, recently it has progressed to more severe pain and weakness. Last night it felt very tight, then my arm went numb. I had been researching and everything says to go see a doctor, but with everything going on in the work I only want to contact a physician if it's urgent. Basically, what I'm asking is will there be a difference if I call n in a month? Permanent wise.

Also note,
I can't rest my wrist at all. I am a student and it is exam period meaning lots of typing.

Thank you in advance.

Is there anything to be done?

Having had increasing problems of lack of sensation in my hands (particularly the right), increasing loss of strength and 'fumbliness' I had a nerve conduction test and then CTS in Nov 19. The plan was to have CTS on the left hand following recovery from surgery on the right.

CTS Assessment while in isolation for Dr Bland

Dr bland you asked me to contact you on here while I'm in self isolation. I have filled in the online form. Never joined a forum before so I hope this is right.

Pain Two Years After CTS Surgery

I have significant pain, swelling and weakness in my hands. This began about 6 months after my surgery and has gotten progressively worse. My fingers are so swollen I have not worn my rings for 9 months and when I bend my fingers something is popping inside. I don’t have much of a grip any longer and have lost a lot of strength. The pain is bad and I have to use my hands for work. I fear having another surgery, which is what my physician recommended without much explanation, but I don’t want them to get worse by not acting. I welcome feedback/suggestions.

Forearm Swelling Post Surgery

I have had two carpal tunnel surgeries on my right hand. I had my first surgery in 2017. I had to have a second surgery in 2018 because I had no feeling in my fingers. The English after my second surgery results were my sensory nerve had no response. So the second surgery was to clean out scar tissue. Post surgery I have numbness in my ring finger. I also have forearm swelling. I never had forearm swelling before I had surgery. I work in manufacturing. I notice when I use power tools that’s when the swelling is aggervatef. My forearm feels like I need to poop it to let the pressures out.
